Returns & Defects

Defective Items Only. 14-Day Window.

We stand behind our quality. If an item arrives defective — damaged plating, broken clasp, construction flaw — we replace it or issue credit within 14 days of delivery. Photo documentation required. Style changes, buyer remorse, and overstock returns are not accepted. All wholesale pieces are final sale on these terms.
